This privacy policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Information regarding Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter

Google Adsense

Some of the ads may be served by Google. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to Users based on their visit to our Site and other sites on the Internet. DART uses "non personally identifiable information" and does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, etc. You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy at www.google.com/privacy_ads.html

Google

This website uses Google Analytics, a Google Inc. web analysis service (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” which are text files stored on your computer that facilitate an analysis of your use of the website. The information provided by the cookie with respect to your use of this website is as a rule transmitted to and stored by a Google server in the U.S. If IP anonymization on this website is activated, your IP address will however first be abbreviated within member states of the European Union or in other states that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional circumstances will the complete IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the U.S. and abbreviated there. Under contract with the operator of this website, Google will use this information in order to analyze your use of the website, to prepare reports on website activity and to provide to the website operator other services linked to website use and internet use. The IP address provided by your browser for use by Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data. You may prevent storage of the cookies by activating a corresponding setting on your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in that case you may not be able to use the complete range of functions offered by this website. In addition, you may block the collection and disclosure to Google of data provided by the cookie relating to your use of the website (including your IP address), as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in at the following link: download.

Facebook

Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, U.S.A (“Facebook”). Plugins are recognizable by any of several Facebook logos (a white “f” on a blue square or a thumbs-up sign), or are marked by the phrase “Facebook social plugin”. The list and images of Facebook Plugins can be seen at: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins.

When you visit a website linked to our web presence that contains such a Plugin, your browser will create a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugins will be transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which then connects this content to the website. We therefore have no influence on the amount of data collected by Facebook using these plugins and therefore provide you with the following information according to our present knowledge:

Facebook receives a message via these embedded plugins that you have visited a particular page of our website. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can link your visit at our website to your Facebook account. When you interact with the plugins, for example, by clicking the Like button or writing a comment, this information will be directly transmitted to Facebook by your browser and stored there. If you are not a Facebook user, Facebook may still determine and store your IP address.

The purpose and scope of data collection and other processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as your rights and settings available for protecting your privacy can be found in the Facebook data protection policy at: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you are a member of Facebook and do not wish to allow Facebook to collect your data through our website and to link such data with your Facebook membership data, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.

It is also possible to block Facebook social plugins with add-ons for your browser, for example with Facebook Blocker.

LinkedIn social plugins

This site uses the social plugins ("plugins") of the linkedin.com social networking site ("LinkedIn") operated by the LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The button can be identified by the "LinkedIn-Logo" or "Share-Button" on this webpage.

When a user accesses a web page on this site that features one of these buttons, the browser establishes a direct connection with LinkedIn's servers as soon as the LinkedIn button is pressed. LinkedIn then transfers the content of the "in" button directly to the user's browser, which integrates the content into the web page. The provider has no control over the amount of data that LinkedIn collects via the button after the user clicks on it.

Thanks to the integration of the plugin, LinkedIn knows that you have accessed the relevant page of our website. If you are logged in to LinkedIn, LinkedIn can recognize you based on your LinkedIn account and record your visit. If users want to find out what data LinkedIn collects about them and why, how it processes and uses their data, and what rights and settings they can assert to protect their privacy, they should refer to LinkedIn's data protection policy.

Twitter

When you create or log in to an account on http://www.twitter.com cookies are stored on your computer in order to remain logged-in to your twitter account when visiting http://www.twitter.com again. The Twitter Share Button used on our Website is hosted by http://www.twitter.com and your browser therefore sends this cookie data to Twitter when creating the button inside your browser. This data is used by Twitter in order to associate the Twitter Share Button with your Twitter account. This data is not accessible to us, and is not sent to us by Twitter.

More information about this cookie and Twitter's Privacy Policy can be found at https://twitter.com/privacy
